Our seller financing terms are negotiable because we try to work with individual seller’s situations. In general our terms are an interest rate ~10-13% and 3-6 year terms. The loan can either be amortized up to 30 years (to keep monthly payments low) with a balloon payment at the end of the term, or it can be amortized over the same timeframe as the term agreed on. No early prepayment penalties. On this property we require a minimum of $2,500 down.

Take US-70 E/U.S. Hwy 70 W to State Rte 101 E in Havelock for about 16 miles. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto State Rte 101 E. Continue for about 10 miles. Turn left onto Adams Creek Rd. Continue down for another 5 miles. You will turn off Adams Creek Road about .3 miles after Oak Grove Methodist Church of Craven County which you will see on your right.
